1. Who we are
VIVORA is a personal life operating system provided by NAVORA Global Solutions (collectively, “VIVORA,” “NAVORA,” “we,” “us” or “our”). It helps users set goals, plan tasks, build habits, reflect, complete personality assessments and create private vision boards.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to founder@navoraglobalsolutions.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you continue with Google, we receive the basic account details you authorize, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image. We use these details to create and secure your VIVORA account.
Content you choose to add
This may include mission and vision statements, goals, values, habits, tasks, journal and review entries, bucket-list items, affirmations, beliefs, personality-assessment answers and results, uploaded photos, AI-image prompts and generated vision-board images.
Technical and usage information
We and our infrastructure providers may process device, browser, login, security, error and basic usage information needed to operate, protect and improve the service. We may also maintain counts such as completed goals, habits, tasks and assessments.
3. Google user data and Calendar access
Google sign-in is used to authenticate you. If you separately choose to connect Google Calendar, VIVORA requests Calendar event permission so it can display a limited list of your upcoming primary-calendar events and add a dated VIVORA task to that calendar when you press the Calendar action.
- Calendar connection is optional.
- VIVORA does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
- Calendar event information is requested only while providing the connected calendar feature and is not copied into your VIVORA database as a calendar archive.
- You can revoke VIVORA’s access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
VIVORA’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
- Provide, personalize and secure your VIVORA account.
- Save and display the private entries you create.
- Calculate assessment scores and personal progress summaries.
- Perform actions you request, such as adding a task to Google Calendar or generating a vision-board image.
- Prevent misuse, enforce limits and troubleshoot errors.
- Understand service-level usage through counts and aggregated operational information rather than private journal text.
- Comply with applicable law and protect users and the service.
5. AI image generation
When you request an AI image, your prompt is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for processing. The resulting image is returned to VIVORA and, when saved, placed in your private vision-board storage. Do not include confidential, sensitive or third-party personal information in an AI prompt.
6. When information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only:
- With service providers needed to run VIVORA, including Google for authentication and Calendar, Supabase for authentication, database and storage, Cloudflare for infrastructure and AI processing, and the hosting platform serving the website.
- When you direct or consent to a specific integration or action.
- When reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect safety or enforce our terms.
- In connection with a legitimate business reorganization, subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.
Private content is not displayed in NAVORA’s ordinary administrative usage dashboard. Authorized technical access may occur only when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, support or legal compliance.
7. Storage, security and retention
VIVORA uses account-level access controls and private storage rules designed to separate one user’s data from another’s. No online system can promise absolute security, so you should also protect your Google account and devices.
We retain account and user-created information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. AI usage records may be kept to enforce daily generation limits.
8. Your choices and rights
- You may edit or remove supported entries inside VIVORA.
- You may disconnect Google access from your Google Account at any time.
- You may request access, correction or deletion of your VIVORA account information by emailing us from the address associated with your account.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a data request. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
9. Children
VIVORA is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as VIVORA changes or legal requirements evolve. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects your rights or our use of data, we will provide additional notice when reasonably required.
